THE FIRST HOUR
The nootropics go to work first. Most people feel clearer focus within 30 to 60 minutes of the first scoop. The magnesium and potassium support hydration the same day. No stimulants and no crash.
THE FIRST WEEK
Taken daily, that focus becomes something you can rely on. Energy stays steady through the day. Hydration holds across training and rest days. In the background, creatine begins accumulating in your muscles.
WEEKS 2 TO 4
By now creatine is reaching saturation, and it saturates your brain the same way it saturates muscle. In the body that shows up as strength, power, and faster recovery between sessions. In the brain, creatine supports the same energy system your neurons run on, which research links to sharper memory, faster processing, and better mental stamina under fatigue or low sleep. The focus you felt on day one from the nootropics now has a deeper layer underneath it: a brain that is fully fueled to do the work.

I'm Alex Cortright, founder of Nova Elements. I'm a longtime biohacking and supplement enthusiast, an entrepreneur, and genuinely care about performance, recovery, and healthy aging.
I live in North Carolina with two young daughters, a passion for pickleball, fitness, and music.
I founded Nova Elements because I was fed up with taking supplements that didn't have clarity on what they contained or whether they were effective.
At one point, I was taking over 20 pills a day, and I still couldn't differentiate which ones were doing what. The supplement industry is so underregulated that it's hard to trust if the dosages on labels are accurate, if the nutrients are in their effective forms, and if you can actually feel the effects.
I also have ADHD, and consistency is hard. Remembering to take a long list of supplements every day became a constant friction point. I'd get tired of taking them quickly, and I've never liked drink mixes. I tried several creatine drink mixes from other brands and the taste made taking creatine feel like a chore.
At the same time, I was stacking multiple drinks for performance, focus, and hydration, and a lot of them left me feeling bloated or overstimulated. It started to feel like I was doing a ton of work for unclear results.
That's when I decided to make something different.
Nova Prime Blend started as my personal solution to a complicated supplement stack.
I was ready to ditch the 20 pills and take one supplement that actually improved my life in a noticeable way. So the flavoring, the ingredient choices, and the dosage amounts were built around what worked for me personally, because I wanted something I could take consistently without dread, and something effective enough I could maintain the motivation to take it every day because I would notice if it wasn't there.
I pulled the most essential elements into one formula: creatine, cognitive support, and hydration and recovery.
As an athlete, I can never get enough hydration and recovery. And with ADHD, I'm always looking for any real support I can get with cognitive clarity. Creatine became the foundation because it's one of the most studied supplements on the planet, and in my opinion it's one of the most essential supplements for people of all ages and activity levels.
Only after I built a product that positively impacted my life in a meaningful way did I decide to bring it to the market.
My philosophy is simple: supplements should be clear, effective, and realistic to use every day.
I'm not interested in trends, "proprietary blends", or products that look great on a label but don't translate into real benefits. I care about:
Nova Elements is built around reducing friction. Fewer products. More clarity. Better consistency. A formula you don't dread taking.
I'm building Nova Elements from North Carolina, where our products are mixed, packaged, and fulfilled.
For me, performance isn't just about workouts. It's about being able to show up with energy and clarity for your work, your training, and your family, and still have something left in the tank.
That's what Nova Elements is meant to support: a stronger baseline, better recovery, better consistency, and a more practical way to take care of yourself long-term.
If I wouldn't take it myself, I won't put it out.
