Overview

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Due to the nature of consumable supplements, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened Products

Supplements may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Opened or partially used supplements are not eligible for return or refund.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your supplement arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Or incorrect

In these cases:

You do not need to return the product
We will issue a replacement shipment

This applies even if the product has been opened due to the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom products
Hazardous or restricted materials

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction, results, or personal preference.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your unopened return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
